Oil free vetki paturi


Ingradiants=pieces of vetki fish(6)
                        sunrise musterd  (dust)
                        1/2 coconut (grouded)
                         1 cup milk
                           Green chilli (8-10)
                           salt as per taste
                           Banana leaf
                           Refind oil (2tb spoon)
Method=======Mix all the
                             ingradiants in abowl
                             with out oil and
                             make a paste.
                            put all the pieces of f
                            fish in the bowl and
                            mix properly with
                            the paste.cover it and
                            leave for 15 minutes.
                           Take a banana leaf.
                           cut it according  the
                          numberof fish.place
                         the piece of fish in
                          banana leaf and bind
                         it with thread.
                          Take a pressure
                           cooker , grease  it
                        with  refind oil,place
                          banana leaf one by
                         one and close the lid
                        with out whessel in a
                        low flame of oven,wait
                         for only 15 minutes.
                         Switch off the oven
                         and wait for another
                         15 minutes.vetki paturi
                         is ready to serve.

Chicken varta

Ingradient=chicken piece
                      chopped garlic
                       onion, green chilli
                       tomato, boiled potato,
                       black peeper powder,
                        readymade biriyani
                         masala,salt.
Method=cut the chicken pieces ,
                onion,tomato,capcicum
                 just like potato finger chips
                 8piece chopped gerlic,green chilli,,saltand pinch of sugar, black pepper powderand biriyani masala.
                 heat the oil and fry garlic
                 until it takes brown colour
                put onion,capcicum ,tomato
                and green chilli.stir it gently.mix the chicken pieces and
Smashed boiled potato (2medium)
Add salt,pepperpowderas per your taste,add pinch of suger and biriyani masala,add half cup hot water.cover it for 10 minute.
Chicken varta is ready to eat.

Green egg curry

Ingradiants ==Boiled egg-4
                           smashed potato-1
                                            (medium)
                          onion-2 medium
                                 (&chopped).5
                            garlic, green chilli,
                             poppy seed and
                            corriender leaf paste
                            black peeper powder
                             salt &2 table spoon
                              refind oil
                           
Method=====Heat a nonstic kodai
                        with oil
         
                       
                       fry onion for 1 minute
                      put the paste and potato
                       paste,stir it gently in
                       low flame,add black
                      peeper powder and
                      salt (as per taste) it
                      takes 5 minutes.Add 1
                       cup lukewarm  water.
                      place the boiled eggs in
                     it.use a knife and make
                     four cut mark on every
                     egg.cover the kodai for
                      another 5 minute.switch
                    off the oven.wait for 5
                    minute.Green eggcurry
                    is ready.Serve it with
                     roti,parantha or puri.

Mix veg pokora.

Ingradiants= chopped carrot
                     chopped corriender
                         leaves .
                         chopped green chilli
                          chopped potato
                           chopped ginger
                           chopped cauli flower
                            salt, kashmir mirch
                              powder
                              gramflower powder
                              1/2 tea spoon
                               baking powder
                             1/2 suger (optional)
                              Refind oil for fry
Method==Mix all the ingradiants
                  with your hand,because
                   our touches give extra
                   love to our ffood.Fry it.

Chicken tikka

Ingradiants=chopped chicken piece
                                         (not keema)
                          Two medium potato
                          (boiled&smashed)
                                         
                           1/2spoon baking
                            powder
                             one raw egg
                             chopped onion (1)
                              chopped green chilli
                               corriender leaves
                                salt and black
                                 peepet powder.
Method=             Mix all ingradiants,
                              except egg
                               keep the mixture
                              in refrigarator for
                               2 hours.
                              Take out the
                              mixture bowl from
                             refrigaretor.
                              Mix the raw egg
                              manually with the
                              other ingradiants.
                         Take a non stick frying
                         pan or taowa with lid.
                         Brush it with 2 table
                         spoon oil &place the
                         chicken tikka on it.
                         cover the pan with lid.
                         After 2 minutes do the
                        same with other side of
                        the ttikka.Brush 2 table
                         spoon oil on it. Do all
                          the procedure by
                          using low fflame.After
                       5 minutes tikka will be
                             ready with brown
                             ccolour.put of the
                             oven flame.place all
                           the tikka in serving
                            plate.we can use a
                            tissue paperto reduce
                          extra oil from tikka.
                         Give 5 minutes
                          standing time and
                        serve it with tea&
                         coffee .

Biscuit cake with out egg.


Ingradians=20 any branded cream
                     Biscuits
                       3 table spoon sugar
                       1/2 cup milk
                        1/2table spoon baking
                          Powder
                          1 table spoon butter
                          Dry fruits.
Method===Mix all the ingradiants
                    and blend it in a blender
                   to make a smooth paste.
                     Put it in a alluminium
                    Bowl or foil, garnish with
                      dry fruits.Bowl should
                       be half filled.
                    Take a non stick pressure
                   Cooker and place that
                  bowl inside it.
                 Cover it with a lid with out
                 Whitsle.put the pressure
                  Cooker in a low flame
                  Burner..,leave it for 30
                   Minutes. Insert a new
                   broom stick to check the
                   Softness of the cake.
                    Uncover the pressur
                    and take out the bowl
                      Keep it in the
                       fridge for 2 hours.
                     Healthy and tasty tiffin

Chhana/paneer copta curry

Ingradians=Milk
                     Lemon juice
                     Byason (gramflower )
                     1/2 table spoon baking
                      Powder
                      One medium size boild
                     and smashed potato
                      Salt,suger and chopped
                       Green chilli
Method====Make chhana or home
                      made paneer from milk.
                     Use the lemon juice for it.
                      It will give your paneer
                      a beautiful smell.
                      Take a thin piece of
                      White cloth and place
                     Paneer in it and tide a
                    Knot and keep it in refrigerator  for 15 minutes.
                      Mix all the ingradians witk it ,makes small ball .
                     Fry it.Your chhaner copta or paneer tikka is ready to eat.
                    For gravy===use a
                                          nonstock
                            Kodai,add 1 teaspoon
                          Oil,2red chilli,one bay
                          Leaf,1/3 teaspoon cumin.
                          After few seceond it
                         Will spread nice smell,
                          Use chopped tomato,capcicum,gingeand cuminpaste,tuemaric powder,1/2 teaspoon kasmir mirch powder,salt and suger.
Stir it gently for five minutes.Add little bit of hoy water according your need .you can also add pieces of boiled potato.pour the grevy in a slight flat bowl,and keep all kopta on it,then use chopped corriender leaves and 1/2 teaspoon butter and garam masala powder.cover it for 10 minutes.Heathy and tasty chhana or paneer copta curry is ready to eat.

Home made chicken soup--yammy and tasty

Ingradiants=Small chicken piece
                       Small piece of carrot
                        Small piece of cauli -
                        Flower
                         Small piece of potato
                         Small piece of tomato
                         Salt,butter,blackpeeper                          powder and 1/2spoon
                         Chopped ginger.

Method===we can use any pressure
                   Cooker for making
                    Chicken soup.keep the
                     Pressure  cooker on gas
                     Oven,use 1table spoon
                    Refind oil and toss all the
                   Vegetable and chicken in
                    the cooker,mix 1table
                    Spoon butter, salt and
                    dust black peeper and
                    Wait for three wheesl  of
                   Your pressure cooker.
                    Switch off your oven,give
                   5 minutes standing time
                    And serve tasty and
                    Yammy home made soup
                   For your family member
                    Or your guest.No need to
                       add any spice from
                       market.

Give your skin healthy nutrients-----in coming winter

Mix 3table spoon coconut
Oil,1table spoon rice powder,1\2table spoon turmaric powder and use it like face pack .after 10 minutes rub it gently and wash it with lukewarm  water.Do it thrice  in a week. It will give you a smooth,healthy skin.

Ingradiants=mix 3 raw egg,3 boiled potato,chopped onion,green chilli,corriender leaves,salt,1/4table spoon suger and pinch of backing powder in a bowl and baked it like cake.
I use pressure  cooker for baking.
Any body can use micro oven also,it takes only 15 minutes for baking.After baking keep the mixture  for 1/2 hour in refrigerator.
Cut it in cube shape,pour it in batter of gramflower and fry it.
Serve it with tea or coffee  or make curry and serve with rice or roti.

Panner stick kabab

Ingradiants=4 paneer cube
                      Slices of carrot,capcicum
                       Tomato (8 round slice of
                        each vegetable)
                        One new broom stick
                        Salt, black peeper
                         Powder, 1/2 table
                         Spoon amul butter and
                          1/2table spoon lemon
                           Juice.
Method=Mix all the ingradiants in a
                 bowl with out lemon juice
                  Then place all the
                   ingradiants one by one
                   in the broom stick,keep
                   the stick in refrigerator
                   for 1/2hour.Now mix the
                   Lemon juice.
                   Heat the non stick frying
                    pan with 1table spoon
                     refind oil and place  the
                     stick on the pan.cover it
                     for 2 minute.Do the same
                     With other side for
                     another 2 minute.we
                    should use the gas oven
                      in low flame. Serve the kabab in a plate and garnish it with onion and cucumber  slice and tomato sauce.Children just loved it.
