Panner stick kabab

Ingradiants=4 paneer cube
                      Slices of carrot,capcicum
                       Tomato (8 round slice of
                        each vegetable)
                        One new broom stick
                        Salt, black peeper
                         Powder, 1/2 table
                         Spoon amul butter and
                          1/2table spoon lemon
                           Juice.
Method=Mix all the ingradiants in a
                 bowl with out lemon juice
                  Then place all the
                   ingradiants one by one
                   in the broom stick,keep
                   the stick in refrigerator
                   for 1/2hour.Now mix the
                   Lemon juice.
                   Heat the non stick frying
                    pan with 1table spoon
                     refind oil and place  the
                     stick on the pan.cover it
                     for 2 minute.Do the same
                     With other side for
                     another 2 minute.we
                    should use the gas oven
                      in low flame. Serve the kabab in a plate and garnish it with onion and cucumber  slice and tomato sauce.Children just loved it.
