Fig potato yammy veg curry


Ingradians--boiled potato(3)
                      Fig(250 gram,pealand chopped boiled fig
                        4 table spoon refind oil
                         2 bay leaf,3 red mirch,garam masala
                         Salt,suger as per taste
                          2 table spoon ghee
                           Kashmiri mirch(1/2 tea spoon), 4   table spoon coconut powder.ginger-cumin paste.
METHOD---     put refind oil in a kodai,add bay leaves,red mirch,suger,garam masalastir it gently.After 2 minute add boiled and smashed fig with cube shape boild potato...add ginger cumin paste  ,chilli powder,salt.Mix all the ingradians gently put 2 cup warm water ,flame of the gas should be low..after 5 minute switch off the gas then add coconut powder and ghee.
Give another 5 minutes standing time.yammy fig curry is ready to eat.Serve it with roti.

Non veg posto

Ingradiants...small boneless chicken (250 gm)
Onion.....slice(2 medium)
Green chilli....6(chopped)
Posto paste...1 cup
Potato......smashed (2medium size)optional.
Salt.......as per taste
Black peeper.....1tb spoon (dust)
Method.....mix all the ingradiants and make smooth paste (with out onion)
Take a nonstick kodai.heat 4 tb spoon refind oil.fry onion slice till
Onion turn into golden colour.
Put the mixture in the kodai.stir it gently for 5 minute,add2 cup hot water,turn the oven in low flame.
Wait for8 to 10 minute.switch off
The oven.,give 5 minutes standing
Time.Open the lid and serve chicken posto with roti .

Oil free potato tikka


Ingradiants-Boiled potato( big size)
                       Salt
                       Blackpeeper powder
                       Green chilli chooped
                        Baking powder (1tb spoon)
Method-----smash the boiled potato
                    Mx with salt,blackpeeper,
                    Chooped greenchilli_and
                   Make tikka.
                  Use eletric tandur for oil free tikka---brush the tray with one tb spoon refind oil
Brush all tikka with another tb spoon of oil.Place all (17) tikka on tray.Grill it for 7 minutes each side
Switch off the tandur.give another 7
minutes for standing time.serve it
with sauce.
